Our first #Scibloghubchat is approaching (Wednesday March 15th). First guest will be Sophie Arthur. Sophie is a 3rd year PhD student in the Houghton Lab at the University of Southampton. Her research looks at how we can use low oxygen concentrations and metabolism to keep embryonic stem cells as stem cells for longer to make a better unlimited cell source for regenerative medicine. Sophie is also a keen sci-commer and likes to share insights into her lab life and share science with everyone through her blog Soph talks science. She is also one of the admin for @SciBlogHub and she is super excited to be one of the publicists for this year's Pint of Science festival in Southampton.
